Born in Beijing in 1960,  Wang Zhongjun is the General Manager and Founder of Huayi Bros Advertising Co. Ltd., a private entity Wang established in 1994. The company is actively involved in financing and producing films and TV programs, including such popular works as Sorry Baby, Devils on the Doorstep, My 1999, Gua Sha Treatment, and Cell Phone. In a decade or so, Huayi Bros has developed into a large private enterprise in China, and its business covers a variety of areas, including advertsing, productions of film and TV program, automobile sales, pharmaceutics, talent agency, and capital investment.

 

Wang received his Master of Arts in Mass Media in 1994 from the State University of New York. He used to be a photograph reporter & art designer in a publishing house affiliated to the State Property Bureau, and held the Advertising Manager position at the China Yong Le Culture Development Co. before going to the United States to study mass media.
