Web-based film festival will be programmed in the same way as a specialized film festival is organized, with the exception that the films featured here will be viewed online and the audience will be the jurors by casting their votes. We believe that the Internet is the place where small-scaled, niche market-oriented, and thematically focused film festivals will flourish.
